June 2005 – LSI is the first North American LiDAR company to purchase the revolutionary Riegl LMS-Q560 high altitude digital wave form laser scanner. Features include digital wave form analysis of unlimited target returns, 100,000 Hz laser rep rate, 66,000 Hz effective rate, 0.5 mrad beam divergence.
May 2005 – LSI awarded 29,500 ha forestry LiDAR mapping project along the Eastern Slopes of the Rocky Mountains.
